Scan when it suits.
Mark when it doesn’t.

No student phone? No successful QR scan? The teacher can mark Present or Late in the same live register. Keep the class moving, without making scanning a barrier.

Not waiting on a scan.

Use the quick route when it works for you. Keep a direct route when it doesn’t. QR and manual attendance belong in the same live register.

Teachers, administrators and academic leaders see the information they need—without losing the bigger picture.

Clear answers. No mystery.

Simple, right down
to the details.

Familiar workflows. Clear rules. Useful information. A few straightforward answers before you get started.

Does attendance depend on every student scanning?

No. Teachers can mark Present or Late directly in the live attendance register. This provides an alternative to a student QR scan; it is not a claim of offline operation or protection against every service outage.

What can we upload in bulk?

Academic setup, students, teachers, subjects and timetables have template-based import workflows. Assessment workbooks can also be downloaded, completed and uploaded. Use the correct template and resolve validation messages before importing.

Which decisions happen automatically?

Configured assessment weights drive totals and grades. Timetable checks identify clashes. Attendance filters show students for follow-up. These are rules and calculations—not an AI model deciding a student’s future. People review and act on the results.

Can Acadoryx be customized for our institution?

Existing controls include assessment weights, grading boundaries, reporting cycles and permissions. New modules, integrations or special conditions can be discussed as a separate custom-development scope.

What does AI-friendly mean here?

For this homepage, it means a clear, structured, text-based experience with meaningful headings, labelled controls and readable feature explanations—not a page built from screenshots. The demos do not use a generative-AI assistant or send data to an AI service.
